Fitzroy® Curved Sliding Door Systems are top hung, ball bearing sliding track systems for manually operated curved doors. Available in a range of load capacities, they are custom manufactured with a minimum constant radius of 1000mm.

  • S100C Steel Light Fitzroy® Sliding Door Track
    Suitable for doors up to 100kg made to order by Fitzroy® Tracks Pty Ltd. Capacity reduces with tighter radius.
  • S500C Steel Medium Fitzroy® sliding door track
    Suitable for doors up to 500kg made to order by Fitzroy® Tracks Pty Ltd. Capacity reduces with tighter radius.
  • S1000C Steel Heavy Fitzroy® Sliding Door track
    Suitable for doors up to 1000kg made to order by Fitzroy® Tracks Pty Ltd. Capacity reduces with tighter radius.

Custom-manufactured, top-hung continuous ball-bearing track system to suit the fixing method, door and installation dimensions with built-in non-adjustable rubber stops.

Track length and door travel determined by Fitzroy® Tracks Pty Ltd from dimensions provided at time of order.

  • Door configuration and number of sliding doors
  • Application type and environment
  • Fixing and guide requirements
  • Radius to centreline of track, door thickness

Please note:

  • No direct overhead fixing to concrete or masonry.
  • Maximum fixing centres: 750mm

Fitzroy® Track fixing options

  • Face of Wall – Brackets & track-to-bracket bolt assemblies supplied. Wall fixings by others.
  • Overhead Bolt – Bolt assemblies supplied.
  • Overhead Screw – Predrilled for CSK screws to suit the Fitzroy Track type. Screw selection & supply by client; screws must suit track, application and door weight.

Door Connection:

  • Doors connect to the Fitzroy® Track via supplied pendant bolt assemblies – refer detail.
  • Typically, minimum of three assemblies are required per curved door; quantity increases with door width.
  • Frameless glass doors require a suitable patch fitting or top rail adaptor.
