The A500 Alloy Medium Fitzroy® is an aluminium construction, top hung, continuous ball bearing straight sliding door track designed for manual operation of doors up to 500kg.

Suitable for a wide range of applications including residential, commercial, education, health, public, government and retail.

Steel track construction available for correctional, imaging and mental health applications.

Finish

  • Standard finish medium bronze anodised (20µm)
  • Stainless steel internal component upgrade available on request.

Steel Track Alternative

  • Also available in steel construction, Steel Fitzroy® Tracks may be considered for very demanding environments, including institutional, correctional, medical, imaging (lead lined) and very high-cycle applications.

Specification:

  • A500 Alloy Medium Fitzroy® sliding door track, suitable for doors up to 500kg made to order by Fitzroy® Tracks Pty Ltd.
  • Custom-manufactured, top-hung continuous ball-bearing track system to suit the fixing method, door and installation dimensions with built-in non-adjustable rubber stops.
  • Track length and door travel determined by Fitzroy® Tracks Pty Ltd from dimensions provided at time of order.
Straight Single Wall

Configurations:

  • Fitzroy® Tracks can be configured to suit a range of door layouts, openings and project requirements.
  • The Fitzroy® Parallel Track System is available for multiple sliding door arrangements.
  • Steel Fitzroy® Tracks can be curved to a constant radius.

Please note:

  • No direct overhead fixing to concrete or masonry.
  • Maximum fixing centres: 750mm

Fitzroy® Track fixing options:

  • Face of Wall – Brackets & track-to-bracket bolt assemblies supplied. Wall fixings by others.
  • Overhead Bolt – Bolt assemblies supplied.
  • Overhead Screw – Predrilled for 14G CSK screws. Screw selection & supply by client; screws must suit track, application and door weight.

Door Connection:

  • Doors connect to the Fitzroy® Track via supplied pendant bolt assemblies – refer detail.
  • Typically, minimum of two assemblies are required per door; quantity increases with door width.
  • Frameless glass doors require a suitable patch fitting or top rail adaptor.
